Book a Commission!

Unfortunately, due to the fact that commissions can vary so much, I kindly ask that commission details be sent to me via email after your order is placed.

If you do not do this, your order will be cancelled.

When placing your order, you must select artwork size, style and privacy. If you need multiple pages or illustrations (i.e. for a book) please ensure you have filled out the "quantity" field accurately. 

For orders containing multiple sizes or styles, please ensure these are separated in your cart, but all placed under the same order. (i.e. add 6 4x6 commissions and 4 8x10 commissions)

Once your order is placed, send an email to: info@beyondthebay.shop following these guidelines:

• Subject Line: Your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER
• Attachments: ALL Reference Images
• Body: Description of your vision including, but not limited to, which references are for which pages and how you would like references combined or modified, please keep in mind- the more information you include here, the better I will be able to achieve your vision
• Body: Preferred Deadline- For orders with no required deadline, please specify this. Keep shipping times in mind. 

Estimated production time for artworks (EXCLUDING Shipping):

Impressionism

• 4x5 or 4x6: Approximately 4 business days
• 8x10: Approximately 14 business days
  
• 16x20: Approximately 30 business days

Realism

• 4x5 or 4x6: Approximately 7 business days
• 8x10: Approximately 21 business days
  
• 16x20: Approximately 60 business days

If any information is missed, please do not worry, but be prepared to respond to follow-up emails, especially if you are ordering a large commission or you are on a tight deadline. Communication is key to creating an artwork we both think is beautiful.
